So I normally stay away from the frozen food section of the grocery store because typically frozen food= preservatives, unless its frozen fruits or veggies. But I have recently discovered a delicious, healthy, organic frozen pizza. You can find it only at Publix and the entire thing is ORGANIC. This particular Veggie pizza is 570 calories for the entire thing (and it is big), and only 162 of those cals being from fat. I like to call it guiltless pizza. Enjoy!
